The Adult Athlete
The adult athlete needs a concise, focused program.
Your busy schedule demands that no time is wasted with exercises or dietary recommendations that aren’t effective for achieving your performance goals.
That’s why the Adult Athlete Program utilizes the full physical and nutritional assessment procedures that our professional athletes have access to.
The Initial Phase Program
• 30 point Biomechanical Assessment
• 15 point Movement Analysis
• Lifestyle And Stress Management Questionnaire (Online)
• The Advanced Level Metabolic Typing Nutritional Assessment
• Individually Designed Exercise, Stress Reduction and Dietary Program
• 3 One-on-One Training Appointments in private studio
• 1 One-Hour Phone Consultation to review Nutritional Assessment
The Initial Phase is approximately 8 hours. Once an athlete finishes the Initial Phase, additional training is available in flexible configurations depending on individual need.
