The Young Athlete
Every PES client has access to the same training systems that our professional athletes utilize.
For the youth athlete, that means taking that cutting-edge technology to develop a corrective and strength exercise, stretching, stress management, and practical dietary plan that will comprise a “big-bang” program that can be integrated easily into your daily schedule year-round.
The Initial Phase Program
• 12 point Biomechanical Assessment
• 9 point Movement Analysis
• Lifestyle And Stress Management Questionnaire (online)
• The Advanced Level Metabolic Typing Nutritional Assessment
• Individually Designed Exercise, Stress Reduction and Dietary Program
• 2 One-on-One Training Appointments in private studio
• 1 One-Hour Phone Consultation to review Nutritional Assessment
The Initial Phase is approximately 6 hours. Once an athlete finishes the Initial Phase, additional training is available in flexible configurations depending on individual need.
