Pro Elite Sports isn’t your typical conditioning program. It’s a different way of thinking and understanding movement and nutrition. But this is nothing radical. It works because it’s customized specifically for you—for the position you play, the way your body moves, your genetic nutritional needs and your performance goals.
We offer three levels of personal training programs designed to support your athletic aspirations; Youth, Adult and the Professional. Each level contains two components; the Initial Phase and the Training Maintenance Phase.

Every athlete will at some point under-perform due to undetected injuries. Sadly many of those injuries could have been prevented through proper application of an individualized training plan. Pro Elite Sports looks at the whole athlete to provide a balanced training program designed for the client’s specific needs.
Assessment
We use a combination of clinically accepted measurement techniques with hands-on evaluation to baseline the athlete's joint range of motion, muscles length tension, movement recruitment patterns, physiological health, nutritional needs and stress management abilities. This testing is performed in the gym, online and through private consultation.
Design
Having as much information possible about our client's physical, physiological and emotional states before we begin is essentially for providing accurate and highly effective training suggestions. How can you get directions (training advice) to where you want to go (your goals), if you don't know where you are (your starting point)?
We discard the guesswork and one-size-fits-all mentality, so that your time isn't wasted and you reach your goals without wasted effort.
Implementation
The Initial Phase includes one-on-one training sessions that teach the client their individualized program with two goals in mind; provide the client with the skills to capitalize on the benefits that this phase offers and to give them a real time experience of what the training intensity should be. Both are valuable to prepare the client when they move into the Training Maintenance Phase and beyond.

The Maintenance Phase : Continued Support
Individualized Attention
After you have completed the Initial Phase and as you follow your program throughout the year, we are available to continually evaluate your progress and review how the program is working for you. We give you all the tools, techniques and support you need to make significant changes and become the athlete you’re determined to be including online access to coaching 24/7.
And because your goals (and the requirements for attaining them) are particular to you, we offer flexible options for on-going training that includes private and group sessions as well as online training.
